1-on-1 Coaching

The HSTC's 1-on-1 coaching program is for individuals looking to better themselves physically and spiritually. This program takes the guesswork out of your training and nutrition so you have the confidence that you are not wasting your time with workouts that may be doing more harm than good. This is not a set-it-and-forget-it program. Our coach is with you every step of the way and our number one priority is to help you reach your goals. Whats Included:

  • Tailored workout program (updates as you progress)
  • Macro counting or meal plan (whichever you prefer)
  • Daily accountability check-ins and long-term goal planning
  • 24/7 access to our coach via text/call/zoom
  • Daily live streams with coach and training club members
  • Biweekly bible study with the training club members
  • Access to training club socials including private Facebook and Snapchat groups

**Please Note: This is NOT a one size fits all program. Every member will have coaching based on their specific needs and goals. Our coach will create and adjust a workout plan made for you which requires a lot of time and expertise. Significant financial investment is required to participate in this program.

What is the application process like?

Once you fill out an application we will get back to you the same day to book a call if you meet the requirements! You will meet briefly with our coach via Zoom to give you more information on our coaching and see if you are the right fit. If you are ready to get started with our program you can get started as early as next week!

How much does it cost?

The price is based on our different programs and the length of the programs. These will be discussed in detail with our coach on the call after you complete your application. 

This is not a pre-made workout plan that you buy once and use for the rest of your life, it is a tailored program that adapts to your current weight, caloric intake, and fitness goals, along with all the benefits of having a coach working with you one on one. For these reasons, significant financial investment is required for our programs.

When you decide which plan is best for you, you will have the option to pay upfront or commit to a flexible payment plan for your program. 

What is the commitment?

Commitment is based on the program you sign up for. Minimum commitment is 3 months with our longest programs lasting over a year.

I don't know if I am ready to make this change yet

There is no "perfect" time to make a life change. There will always be something preventing you from doing it. That being said, we understand the financial and time commitment to making significant life changes. That is a decision you have to ultimately make.
